It is NOT funny to rip paper but the baby's strange laughing code(?) makes people to laugh. This video have 33,974,886 viewers. That's pretty much. People saw it and they say that " The baby is so cute" or " It's strange to laugh after seeing ripping paper" and so on. The video spread rapidly and more and more people saw it.
More interesting about this video is that the paper that the baby is tearing is the father's rejection letter from university's professorship, so this make people to laugh twice. Now the baby's father likes to tear the paper with his baby. Both of them are laughing together.
